Allen Bradley 1336-B005-EOD-L3

The 1336-B005-EOD-L3 belongs to Allen-Bradley’s wide range of adjustable frequency AC drives that are meant for industrial gauge computerized motors. The Allen-Bradley 1336-B005-EOD-L3 produces 9.6 Amps and it can sustain up to 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. The  1336-B005-EOD-L3 is a unique AC Drive in which “1336” in the part number represents the series, “B005” represents the drive rating and its capacity, “E0D” is the enclosure type, and “L3” represents additional options. The 1336 series has different families and this particular drive belongs to the Classic family that has drives that are cheaper than drives in the other series and have limited functionality, yet they can be upgraded to the next level (PowerFlex 750-Series). “B” in the part number indicates that the adjustable frequency AC drive can operate at 3 input voltage levels; 380 Volts, 415 Volts, and 460 Volts, and it produces an output of up to 6.3 kVA, 6.9 kVA, and 7.6 kVA, respectively. Moreover, the drive has 3 phases that make its operation more secure.

The Allen-Bradley 1336-B005-EOD-L3 has an open-style enclosure type which is meant for general purpose use. The enclosure does not offer any special protection against hazardous substances, such as snow, steel, and water. Make sure to install the adjustable frequency drive in places where these hazards are not present. At the same time, it is possible to change the wiring configuration of the device by using the 115 Volts AC logic interface board which has been factory installed in the 1336-B005-EOD-L3. Users can connect the drive to the given 1336-MOD-L3 port available at the lower end of the main control board and manipulate the wiring according to their requirements. However, they should understand all the procedures and take all the necessary precautions before troubleshooting or installing the drive because it produces a high-voltage current that can be harmful for users as well as for the other system components.
