Texnite Repair Process

What to expect after you submit your authorization.

Repair Return Authorization & Receiving: Once authorized, your unit is received, photographed, and assigned a unique tracking barcode for tracking and service documentation.

Repair Evaluation: Our technicians evaluate the unit to determine the required repair or calibration.

Repair Quote: Within 2 business days, you will receive a repair quote indicating whether the unit is repairable.

Customer Approval: You have up to 45 days from the date of the repair quote to approve the repair and payment terms.

Repair Execution: Once approved, the repair will be scheduled. RUSH repairs (24-48 hours) may be available for an additional fee.

Repair Completion & Return Shipment: The repaired unit is securely packaged and shipped with a detailed repair report describing the work performed.
