The 1398-DDM-005-DN Series drives are universal digital drives. Using microcontrollers to digitally manage the current, velocity, and position. This unit is enclosing all electronics, no external transformer is required on the power line. Connectors and indicators are clearly marked and accessible on the front panel
Several 1398-DDM-005-DN drives are available, all use a single phase power source, the only difference is in physical size, indexing capability and output power. This device is compatible with many different motors, Allen Bradley motors that are compatible include, F-Series, H-Series, N- Series, W-Series and Y-Series.

This drive can be geared by a remote signal using any of the signals, master incremental encoder, step and direction signals and CW signals. The use of different signals is recommended to decrease noise which could cause intermittent or continuous errors.
