Siemens 6DR5020-0NG01-0BA2 Description

SIPART PS2 Smart is an electropneumatic positioner designed for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. It operates with a 4–20 mA input signal and supports both Ex and non-Ex configurations.

This unit is configured as double-acting and features a durable polycarbonate enclosure. It uses non-contacting, wear-free position detection (NCS) for long-term reliability.

Configuration Details

  • Standard version (without explosion protection)

  • Electrical connection: M20x1.5

  • Pneumatic connection: G 1/4

  • Without limit monitor

  • Includes Analog Output Module (AOM) for 4–20 mA position feedback

  • Device plug M12 optionally available with -Z D53

The isolating power supply SITRANS I100 (7NG4124-1AA00) is available separately.

Fail-Safe Function

Standard fail-safe function depressurizes the actuator in case of electrical power failure (single-acting only).

Additional Components

Includes aluminum manometer block G¼ for double-acting systems with plastic manometer IP31 (MPa, bar).
