The 1336-BDB-SP4A Gate Drive PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is an Allen-Bradley manufactured power amplifying device. It is used to amplify the input power supply and distribute the power to all the components of the host drive. The output power rating of the host drive is 20 Horsepower. The input voltage rating of this Gate Drive PCB is 460 Volts AC. The PCB is fully compatible with all Allen-Bradley 1336 series Impact, Force, Impact, and Regen series drives. The 1336 drive is an adjustable frequency AC drive that is used in the industrial sector. It regulates torque and controls speed in an industrial motor by using different control algorithms. The control algorithms supported by the 1336 drives are Volts per Hertz control, Vector control with Force technology, and the Sensorless vector control. The 1336-BDB-SP4A PCB should be operated within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. It can be operated at up to an altitude of 1000 meters above the sea level.
The 1336-BDB-SP4A Gate Drive PCB supports frame sizes from A to C. The PCB is placed beneath the main board of the drive. The PCB can be connected by using 6 jumper connectors that are placed on the board. The PCB is equipped with auxiliary input with a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. The Gate Drive PCB is a spare part module with an operating frequency within a range of 50 to 60 Hertz. The 1336-BDB-SP4A PCB is equipped with LED indicators to show the supply of power across the board. During the installation of the board, the bus voltage level should read zero and the lock out power should be fully disconnected.
