Allen Bradley 1336-BDB-SP27D

The 1336-BDB-SP27D PCB Gate Driver Board is a member of the Allen-Bradley 1336 PCB Gate Driver Kit. It is designed for use with the Allen-Bradley 60HP, 230V AC 1336 Plus, Force, and Impact Frequency Drive which is installed below the main control board, and it is used to amplify low input current from the power supply board. The 1336-BDB-SP27D has 6 jumper connectors (J2, J7, J8, J9, J10, and J13) and it also has Terminal Bases labeled T4, T6, and T7 which each have distinct functions. It provides 24V DC auxiliary input via the TB4 strip, and it provides high-voltage auxiliary input by using Terminal Strip TB6. The board is installed by disabling the drive and removing power and by checking for zero voltage at the +DC and –DC Brake terminals. The 1336-BDB-SP27D is installed underneath the main control board and attached to the adapter mounting plate, using jumper connectors J2, J6, J7, J8, J9, J10, and J13. It is held intact on the mounting plate by using 8 fastening screws which have a 26lb-in (3N-m) fastening Torque and are screwed in ¼ clockwise direction.

The 1336-BDB-SP27D Gate Driver Board can be customized with a variety of features depending on the applications that it will be used for. It can display information through an analog, digital, blank, or programmer Human Interface Machine (HIM). The 1336-BDB-SP27D’s possible I/O configurations include 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, 1 analog input and output, and 2 analog outputs and 1 input.
