sAbout 1336-BDB-SP25D
The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP25D is a PBC Gate drive that comes with a sensorless vector control and is a member of the Allen-Bradley 133 Plus II series of adjustable frequency drives.
The 1336-BDB-SP25D is sensitive to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), but damage to the drive during installation, testing, or maintenance processes can be averted by following all applicable ESD control procedures. Insert the 1336-BDB-SP25D drive with a space of 6 inches above the equipment and a space of 4 inches on either side, to ensure that there is enough space for proper ventilation on all sides of this and adjourning drives.
The 1336-BDB-SP25D adjustable frequency drive can be considered convenient by the fact that it can utilize IEC-BS88 and UL Class CC, T, RK1, or IEC and UL circuit breakers, or J fuses. In addition, it can apply an RFI filter in an atmosphere where normally the user would be required to apply the lowest emissions that are possible. However, it is important to ensure that the discrete control and signal connection of the 1336-BDB-SP25D are wired at the cabinet end in a single point that cannot be connected to or on the actual drive. If the connections are shielded, the shield must be grounded at the same point as the aforementioned wires. If the wires are too short and/or are connected to some equipment that does not contain any sensitive circuit, the wires may be shielded, although it is not necessary that they are.
The 1336-BDB-SP25D drive will reduce overall costs and the unnecessary consumption of energy as opposed to other drives that may be less effective; additionally, the 1336-BDB-SP25D will assist in the control of a motor that does not require its full speed to run, therefore lowering the cost of wasted energy. It increases production through a tighter process control and runs its motors at the most efficient speed for every application. By running motors at the correct speed, this drive will extend the lifespan of external equipment and cause less interruption if maintained correctly.
