Allen Bradley 1336-BDB-SP1D

The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP1D is a PCB Gate Drive Board for the 1336 series of AC drives. It is a spare part for the 7.5 HP rated 1336 series of AC drives that operate on 460 Volts AC. To replace this PCB, find it located just underneath the main control board. Remove AC drive’s housing and MCB to be able to dismount the gate drive board and disconnect all connectors and remove the screws fastening this PCB to the chassis. Errors that may indicate that the gate drive PC board on the AC drive should be replaced are displayed as “DSP Checksum” and “EE Init Read”. Even after a shutdown of the drive, check for zero voltage at the DC + and DC- terminals before beginning the replacement process with the spare part. There are 2 fuses (F1 and F3) that are visible on the 1336-BDB-SP1D PCB, so before completing any replacements, check these fuses for an open condition.
