Allen Bradley 1336-BDB-SP18B

The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP18B is a member of the Allen-Bradley PCB Gate Drive Board series, and it is particularly engineered for use with the Allen-Bradley Adjustable Frequency AC Drives. This board runs on a 460V AC input voltage and it produces a 50HP output power rating. Every module matches efficiently with the frame sizes of A, B, C, D, and E. The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP18B and the entire 1336-BDB PCB Gate Drive Board series work as drive board spare parts for the REGEN Adjustable Frequency AC Drives and the 1336 PLUS, 1336 PLUS II, 1336 FORCE and 1336 IMPACT Drives. Every one of these boards can operate as a replacement for a particular 1336 drive. They are intended to operate with AC drives with a horsepower rating between 3 and 800HP.

The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP18B PCB Gate Drive Board has various performance features including a speed regulation to 0.001% of the top speed and a power loss ride-thru capability of 2 seconds. It has a flying start which enables it to start a spinning motor, as well as an overload capability of 150% for a minute, and 200% of the motor rating for 10 seconds up to the inverter limit. The drive also features programmable acceleration/deceleration rates ranging from 0 to 6553 seconds. It has a torque regulation of -/+5% of the rated motor torque and a torque linearity of 1 percent. The current limit is programmable from 200% of the rated output current. The 1336 FORCE Drive combines a variety of features including but not limited to Programmable Stall Detection, Power Structure Heatsink Temperature Monitoring, and Programmable Inverter Overload Protection (IT). This drive also has Overspeed Detection even when the drive is operating as a torque follower. The 1336-BDB-SP18B features DC Bus Voltage monitoring that protects against under/over voltage conditions.
