The Allen-Bradley 1305-BA03A-FR is a compact and high-performance variable speed drive that has a French Language function. It features a 1.7 input kVA; and a 380-460V AC 3-phase, 50-60 Hz input voltage and frequency rating with an operational range of 340V-500V AC, at 47-63 Hz. The 1305-BA03A-FR has output specifications that include a 0.75 kW (1 HP) 3-phase motor rating, a 2.3A output current, and an adjustable output voltage from 0 to the input voltage module. It has an IP30, NEMA Type 1 enclosure and it is part of the Bulletin 1305 Series of adjustable frequency AC drives.
The 1305-BA03A-FR Variable Frequency Drive is built for powerful motor speed control for AC induction motors and it is ideal for sophisticated and demanding applications. Through its serial port, it can accommodate and communicate with up to 5 adapters including human interface modules, communication modules, and future adapter devices. The assignment of adapter addresses is straightforward and determined by the port number – e.g. Port 1 is for Adapter 1, Port 2 is for Adapter 2, and so on. The total current draw of all the combined adapters should not exceed the maximum SCANport load of 250mA.
The 1305-BA03A-FR VFD is suitable for direct connection to a 3-phase AC power line. To prevent input power component malfunctions, an isolation type transformer or line reactor may be required.
