sThe 1305-AA02A-HAP is an Adjustable Frequency AC Drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This is the smallest Series C 1305 AC drive with an IP 30 enclosure, a 200 to 240 Volt AC Single Phase (1.2 A/0.19 kW) or 200 to 230 Volts AC three phase (2.3 A/0.37 kW) rating. The Programmer Only interface is installed on this model, which has an output frequency range of 0 to 400 Hertz. This device will be managed by control input signals, which will start and stop the motor. It has configurable inputs for 2 or 3 wire controls (start, stop, and forward/reverse functions), and furthermore, it has three configurable inputs of SW1, SW2, and SW3 for the control of seven preset speeds and two acceleration and deceleration times. This unit has one analog input at 0 to 10 Volts DC or 4 to 20 mA with a 10-bit resolution; its signal outputs can be configured as relay contacts or open collectors (sink) 24 Volts DC user supplied source voltage. One 8-bit analog output at 0 to 10 Volts DC is available. The 1305-AA02A-HAP output can be performed as a PWM algorithm, Volts per Hertz, or switching device 3-phase output. Start and run DC boosts can be conducted.
The input contactor should not be used for starting and stopping the motor and power supply switching should not occur more than once a minute. This module does not have a branch circuit protection. The recommended fuse sizes are 6 A for single phase inputs and 3 A for three phase inputs. Input and output power connections are made over a ten position terminal block. For single phase input, the AC input line should be connected to any two of the three input terminal positions. This module’s protective features include excessive temperature protection, over and under voltage protection, power and control ride through protection, and just ground and output short circuit protection. The 1305-AA02A-HAP dimensions are 120 x 195 x 122 millimeters (4.72 x 7.69 x 4.81 inches) and its shipping weight is approximately 1.6 kilograms (3.5 pounds). Its ambient temperature operating range is around 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
