The 1336-B003-ECD-FC3-L3 is the product of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, designed specifically for 1336 Bulletin series. It is an adjustable frequency drive that operates on an AC supply. The 1336-B003-ECD-FC3-L3 belongs to the Allen-Bradley 1336 series classic drives. 

The Allen-Bradley adjustable frequency AC drive has a B003 rating code which means that the drive can be operated at the input voltages of 380, 415 and 460 Volts AC, respectively. Depending upon the input voltage, the current output of the drive varies. For example, at 380 Volts AC, the 1336-B003-ECD-FC3-L3 drive will produce an output of 3.9 kVA, and 4.8 kVA at an input voltage of 460 Volts AC. The letter “B” in the rating code also suggests that the AC drive generates 50/60 Hertz frequency and it requires 3-phase input. Another advantage of this drive is there is no need to reconnect the Fan Transformer T1 for alternate drive voltages. If users want to install an adjustable frequency AC drive in extremely hazardous locations, it is recommended that it has a NEMA Type 4 enclosure to guard against snow, steel, splashing water, and extremely hot sun. The Allen-Bradley 1336-B003-ECD-FC3-L3 adjustable frequency AC drive offers two drive options that have been factory installed. First of all, it has a basic control panel which is meant specifically for NEMA Type 4 enclosures – as indicated by the characters “FC3”. Secondly, the adjustable frequency drive offers a 115 Volts AC logic interface board. All users need to do is to connect the logic interface board to junctions 8 and 9, available near the bottom of the main control board. The board has identification signs as either, MOD-L1, L2, or L3. With the help of the logic interface board, users can easily control the wiring configurations of the adjustable frequency drive. For troubleshooting or repairing the AC drive, it is recommended that users should go through the manual thoroughly beforehand.
