The Allen-Bradley 1336-151132 Base Driver Power Supply Board with the B005 Rating Code is a base driver spare part board for the 1336 digital AC drives which provides the power for the proper functioning of the drive. The 1336-151132 Base Driver Power Supply Board has an operating voltage range of 380 Volts AC to 460 Volts AC, with output ratings of 9.6 Amps and 7.6 KVA at 460 Volts AC. This board provides AC BUS voltage regulation, with 570 Volts AC and 275 Volts AC overvoltage and under voltage trips. It connects to the main control via jumper connector J7, and it also has jumper connectors J2, J2, J4, J5, J9, J10, and the ribbon type J1 connector.
The 1336-151132 is installed on the base driver mounting plate on the top left part of the drive, and it is tested for optimum working conditions every time a transistor module is replaced. For easy installation of the 1336-151132, the following steps are required. (1) Connect the base driver board to the main mounting plate using 4 standoff screws fastened in a ¼ clockwise direction. (2) Attach the board to the main chassis bracket using 4 fastening screws located on the corner of the base driver board. (3) Connect the J7 jumper connector rom the drive’s main control board. (4) Connect the jumper connectors J2 to J1, and the ribbon type cable from the J1 connector. (5) Turn on the power to the drive and check for a “proper installation” signal the Bus Indicator Light DS1.
