sManufactured by Allen-Bradley, the 1305-BA09A-ES drive is a 1305 series AC drive featuring an input RFI filter that is designed to ensure minimal radiofrequency. The Allen-Bradley drive supports a variety of cable types that can be used for drive installation. The 1305-BA09A-ES drive supports unshielded cable for various installations provided that the unit is separated from sensitive circuits. When the 1305-BA09A-ES drive is going to be used next to sensitive circuits or devices, the shield must be connected to the drive ground and the motor frame ground. This connection should be made at the 2 ends to provide minimal external magnetic fields. The 1305-BA09A-ES drive supports an easy-to-use HMI for supporting installation and troubleshooting operations. The attached HMI is used for monitoring the Allen-Bradley drive’s status. Located on the front of the 1305-BA09A-ES drive, the HMI can also be used as a hand-held interface. The Allen-Bradley 1305-BA09A-ES adjustable frequency AC drive is programmed in Spanish by default.
The 1305-BA09A-ES drive also supports LED display lights that help in monitoring the drive to ensure optimal performance. An optional cable terminator is used to prevent voltage doubling at the motor terminals. The 1305-BA09A-ES drive features a simplified startup process with programmable parameters that are grouped logically so that various startups can be conducted. Ensure that power is connected to the drive while viewing or changing the operation parameters. In addition, before applying power, ensure that all the circuits are in a de-energized state, and refer to the user manual before carrying out any installations. The 1305-BA09A-ES drive does not provide branch circuit protection. Therefore, users should ensure adequate protection has been provided. The users can change this programming language by ordering different language modules. The 1305-BA09A-ES adjustable frequency AC drive is protected from common industrial environmental risks by an IP 30 or NEMA Type 1 rated enclosure. If this adjustable frequency drive is going to be mounted, it must be mounted onto a metallic surface, and if it is mounted with other drives around it, there must be clearances between it and the other drives to prevent overheating. These clearances must be at least 2 inches of space above and below the 1305-BA09A-ES AC drive and at least 3 inches of space on either side of it.
