Allen Bradley 1305-AA08A-HA2 Used Surplus

The Allen-Bradley 1305-AA08A-HA2 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is part of the Bulletin 1305 Series. The drive has a 200-230V, 50-60 Hz voltage rating with 3-phase and 200-240V with single-phase input. The 1305-AA08A-HA2 has an IP30, NEMA Type 1 enclosure which means it is ideal for indoor use and protection against contact with the enclosure equipment is required.

The 1305-AA08A-HA2 AC Drive comes with a HIM or Human Interface Module that has digital “up” and “down” keys. This drive-mounted HIM is visible from the front of the drive and it is connected to an adapter. Aside from being mounted directly, the HIM can also be used as a handheld programmer. The HIM has 7 different modes – Display, Process, Program, EEPROM, Search, Control Status, and Password. The EEPROM mode resets all the parameters to the factory default settings. The Control status mode allows the enabling or disabling of the Logic Mask parameters for HIM removal, and the 1305-AA08A-HA2 provides access to the fault queue.

The 1305-AA08A-HA2 must be mounted on a metallic surface and have a minimum clearance of 2 inches above and below, and a minimum clearance of 3 inches on the side. The drive can be directly connected to an AC power line with the correct voltage, single or 3-phase. However, the 1305-AA08A-HA2 does not have branch circuitry protection. To safeguard against drive input power malfunctions, an AC input line fuse is required.
