Allen Bradley 1336-BDB-SP12D Used Surplus

The 1336-BDB-SP12D PCB Gate Driver Board is a PCB Gate Driver Board by Allen-Bradley for the 230V AC, 7.5HP, 1336 Plus, Force, and Impact Adjustable Frequency Drives in Series C and upward, and for the 230V AC, 7.5HP, 1336 Plus II AC Frequency Drives in Series A and upward, which amplifies low current input from the drive power supply board. The drive is located just underneath the main control board, and like most PCB Boards in the 1336 drives family, the 1336-BDB-SP12D comes with 6 jumper connectors (J2, J7, J8, J9, J10, and J13) that are used for connection to other functional boards, and it also has 3 terminal base (T4, T6, and T7) distinct functions. The terminal base TB4 is used for 24V DC Auxiliary Input, while the terminal base TB6 is used for high voltage auxiliary Input. It should be installed after the power from the drive has been removed, and after the drive has been checked for zero voltage at the +DC and –DC brake terminals. The board is then attached to the main control board and the adapter mounting plate and the jumper connectors J2, J6, J7, J8, J9, J10, and J13 are connected, and the 1336-BDB-SP12D is attached to the mounting plate and it is held in place on the mounting plate via 8 fastening screws which are fastened in a  ¼-turn clockwise direction and which have a fastener torque of 26lb-in (3N-m).
