Allen Bradley 1333-EAA

The 1333-EAA Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is a variable frequency AC drive in the Allen-Bradley 1333 family of variable frequency AC drives which provides enhanced speed control in a variety of applications. The 1333-EAA uses the standard V/Hz motor control method and it utilizes a sinusoidal PWM output waveform for control of the motor speed. It has 3-phase or 1-phase drive ratings of 10 Horsepower and 5 Horsepower, respectively, and it also has a 3-phase and 1-phase current rating of 37 Amps and 29.1 Amps, respectively, at 230 Volts AC. This drive has 14.7KVA input power and 6.7KVA input power at 3-phase and 1-phase 230 Volts AC input, respectively, and it has 13.3KVA and 6.0KVA output real power at 230V AC, respectively. The 1333-EAA has a 3-phase and 1-phase input voltage range of 200 to 230 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz, with a -/+10% acceptable input range, and it has 15 milliseconds of power ride-thru time at a full load and a controlled ride through a time of 100 milliseconds. It provides circuit protection using a Class RK5 Bussman fuse, and it also provides both DC under-voltage and overvoltage trips. It has a BUS overcurrent trip limit of 200% of the rated output, and an overload capability of 140% of the rated output for 1 minute. This drive provides motor control using the Volt per Hertz control, and it uses a Sinusoidal PWM waveform for output speed control.

It has a rated 0 to 230 Volts AC output voltage range, with 0 to 400 Hertz programmable output frequency range, and like all 1333 AC drives, it offers a 0 to 40% output voltage boost, adjustable in 1% increments. It has a stall protection of up to 140% of the rated current output, with a starting torque boost of 150% of the rated torque, and a braking torque of 20% of the drive torque. The 1333-EAA has Digital and Analog inputs with a control frequency of 0.01 to 100 Hertz, and 1 NO contact output, and also 0 to 10 Volts DC or 4 to 20mA Analog outputs. The 1333-EAA has a front panel display which is used for displaying drive operations, programming drive parameters, and displaying faults when the drive is operational. It comes in a NEMA Type 1 rated enclosure with rated operating temperature range of 14 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit at 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity and a surrounding storage temperature range of –13 to 149 degrees Fahrenheit. This drive is built to resist a 16G operating shock and a vibration below 0.5G, and it can function without de-rating at 1000 meters of maximum operating height. The 1333-EAA weighs approximately 30.0Kg and has total dimensions of 270 x 450 x 210 millimeters.
