Allen Bradley 20BD125A3ANNACD0 PowerFlex 700 AC Drive 20B

The Allen-Bradley 20BD125A3ANNACD0 is an AC drive with adjustable output frequency support. It is part of the PowerFlex 700 series of drives. For PowerFlex 700 drives with standard control, the output frequency range is from 0 to 400 Hertz. For PowerFlex 700 drives with vector control, the output frequency range is from 0 to 420 Hertz. At the rated input of 480 Volts AC (3-phase and 60 Hertz), the 20BD125A3ANNACD0 provides 100 Horsepower and 125 Amps at the output. Even though the drive can operate at voltages ranging from 342 to 582 Volts AC, the full power output is only available within the 460 to 528 Volts AC range. Protection against extremely high and low input voltages is provided on the 20BD125A3ANNACD0 which trips at 570 Volts AC (overvoltage) and 280 Volts AC (undervoltage).

A ControlNet interface which interfaces with coaxial cables is provided on the 20BD125A3ANNACD0 for network communications. The drive supports vector control and the drive I/O are compatible with 115 Volts AC. Built-in HMI for configuration and troubleshooting are also provided. The 20BD125A3ANNACD0 is a frame 5 drive and the drive enclosure is rated at IP20. The common mode choke and the CE line filter are available. However, the brake resistor and brake IGBT are not supported. An optional encoder module needs to be installed for applications requiring feedback.
