The Allen-Bradley 1391–DES15-DI-AQB Digital AC Servo Drive is utilized with closed loop positioning and computer aided structures such as IMC products. The systems regulate the rotary motion or positioning of several machine affiliates on a computerized machine. Additionally, the 1391–DES15-DI-AQB has an encoder output which enhances system reliability. The encoder output produces 4 channels which are 256, 2048, 512, and 1024. Moreover, the 1391–DES15-DI-AQB changes a 3-phase 50-60 Hz input into variable AC voltage with measured frequency, breadth, and phase. The primary aim of the manual is to direct in the interface, connection, program design, and troubleshooting of the 1391-DES Digital AC Servo Drive.





The 1391–DES15-DI-AQB has several features which are essential in a distinctive computerized appliance servo system.  Its input is protected against fleeting voltage. Also, it has a vital circuit breaker which can expose all 3 AC line leads if there is a short circuit. Additionally, it has a typical 300V DC power bus supply which comprises a fundamental shunt regulator. There is also a patent current control implementation, a prompted startup procedure to reduce the time, true vector control, a programming panel, and a 2-line LCD display. Lastly, the 1391–DES15-DI-AQB has 3 drive ratings which have matching mounting dimensions and are in the same physical package.





The 1391–DES15-DI-AQB comes with a manual that is divided into 11 chapters. Some chapters have diagrams which help the user to understand how the system work and there is an appendix section which covers the dimensions, the interconnected drawings, the cable information, and the parameter record.





The 1391-DES15-DI-AQB AC servo controller needs an enclosed environment that is dry, clean, and well-ventilated. Contaminants such as oil, condensation, dust, and coolants should be kept away from it at all times.
