About 2090-XXLF-350

The 2090-XXLF-350 line filter is an Allen-Bradley line filter. The line filter features a voltage rating of 500 Volts AC and the unit comes with a current rating of 75 Amps. The module is classified under the Kinetix product line and it is a 3-phase unit. The Allen-Bradley line filters come with a maximum relative humidity rating of 90% while the operating temperature range is rated as -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. The 2090-XXLF-350 line filter comes with an installation manual, and the manual should be followed thoroughly during installation. Moreover, only authorized personnel should be allowed to install, repair, or troubleshoot the module. To avoid possible personal injury or damage of the equipment, ensure that all the manufacturer's guidelines are adhered to. Remember that the line filters have hazardous voltages and so the NEC and local safety guidelines should also be adhered to when installing the line filter.

When mounting the 2090-XXLF-350 line filter, ensure to leave minimum clearances of 1.97 inches on either side of the AC line filter between it and the wall. If the line filters are to be positioned side-by-side, the minimum clearance should be 1.97 inches between the filters.  The 2090-XXLF-350 line filter should be connected using copper wire with a minimum rating of 75 degrees Celsius. The phase of main AC power to the line filter is arbitrary while the earth ground connection should ensure improved safety with proper operation. Note that the actual gauge of the input power wiring will depend on the system configuration. This applies to the installation of all the Allen-Bradley line filters including the single-phase and the 3-phase line filters. The crimp eyelet should be applied to the lug connections through the application of a recommended tool.
