sAbout 1326-CCU-015
The Allen-Bradley 1326-CCU-015 cable is a motor feedback cable for Resolver feedback. The cable comprises a single-standard commutation and contacts encoder cable with an insulated body. The 1326-CCU-15 cable comes with a braided design, which provides superior protection from any electromagnetic interference from external sources. This cable can support an in-line connection solution within a cabinet wall so long as it meets the CE requirements. In addition to this, the 1326-CCU-015 cable supports remote cable connections outside the cabinet. The cable has been sealed to meet the IP 65 protection rating. The rating confers temporary water-proof and dust-tight protection when the cable is used in harsh environmental conditions.
Another notable thing about the 1326-CCU-015 cable is that it supports push and pull connector ends which allow for easy installation and maintenance. Furthermore, the cable features a superior flex capability, which has a remarkable bend radius bending. This allows for a longer flex cycle lifespan when it comes to liner flex applications. The life cycle of the flex cable is directly related to the bend radius of the cable in the power track. This cable should be laid flat or hung for 24 hours prior to installation to protect its guards from internal twisting and to enable its conductors to relax into their normal state. In situations where the cable needs to be placed into a cable carrier, ensure that the carrier is laid out flat, with its bending side facing upward. During installation, there should be at least a 10% clearance between the cables to allow them to move freely.
