About 1336-BDB-SP14D

The 1336-BDB-SP14D printed circuit board (PCB) is a Frame C gate drive PCB from the Allen-Bradley family. The PCB comes with a voltage rating of 230 Volts AC. The output power rating of the gate drive PCB is 20 Horsepower. The PCB is connected with the main control board of the drive via connector pins. The main function of the PCB is to amplify the low power input voltage supply and distribute it to all the components of the adjustable frequency AC drive. The 1336-BDB-SP14D PCB is compatible with all Allen-Bradley 1336 Series Plus, Force, and Impact series AC drives. These drives are used mainly for speed control and torque regulation by using different motor control algorithms. The 1336 drive is equipped with Volts per Hertz control, Vector control with Force technology, and sensorless vector control for control and regulation. These control algorithms can help regulate torque at low speeds. The drive is equipped with different features including the flying start and Process PI control option.



 



The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP14D PCB comprises different components. The PCB is equipped with a status indicator light which shows the flow of the power supply through the circuit. The temperature of the gate drive PCB should be maintained between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius for normal operation. Because the board is comprised of sensitive components, the PCB should be kept away from electrostatic discharge and from EMC noise. The 1336-BDB-SP14D PCB is designed for indoor use only. Mounting screws are available with the PCB to mount it with the main control board. The size and the installation depth of the PCB makes it easy to move and install.
