The Allen-Bradley 1305-BA04A-HAP is a member of the Bulletin 1305 AC drive series. This type of drive has a Human Interface Module (HIM) programmer-only function which provides programming functionality from the local panel. It has a nominal current rating of A04. The HIM is an immediate controller for parameter adjustment. The 1305-BA04A-HAP has an input voltage of 380-460V AC with a 3-phase input of 1.5kW (2HP) for its motor rating and an output current of 4A. The operating voltage range is between 340 and 500V AC. It has a 52W of power dissipation. The AC dynamic braking torque has an output of 50% without an external resistor and it has an output of 150% if an external resistor is included. It has a 97.5% efficiency rating and a displacement of 0.8 (lagging) and with 21W power dissipation. The Allen-Bradley 1305-BA01A has an IP30 (NEMA 1) enclosure type and a natural convection for its cooling method. It can operate at a 1G vibration and a 0-50° C ambient temperature. It can be stored at a temperature between -40 and 70° C.
The Allen-Bradley 1305-BA04A-HAP uses a contact closure or an internal 5V supply for its control input type. It is strictly prohibited to ground or apply an external voltage when working with the device. The control input for the start, stop, forward, or reverse functions is configurable for 2 or 3-wire controls. The jog control input is for momentary (non-maintained) input. The SW1, SW2, and SW3 are configurable inputs for controlling 7 preset speeds and 2 acceleration/deceleration times. The 1305-BA04A-HAP has an interlock input function to enable operation. The external speed of the potentiometer is 10KΩ, 1 watt. It has a non-isolated analog input impedance of 250 ohms with a 10-bit resolution for every 4-20mA and a 0-10V DC analog input impedance of 100K Ω (non-isolated) with a 10-bit resolution. The approximate dimensions for this device are 170mm x 95mm x 184.1mm for the depth. The 1305-BA04A-HAP weighs approximately 3.6kg or 8 lb.
