About 2090-CPBM7DF-10AA12
The 2090-CPBM7DF-10AA12 cable is an Allen-Bradley manufactured transition cable. It is a SpeedTec motor power transition cable with brake wires. It is 10 AWG in size and it is also 12 meters in length. The transition cables are used when older MPL motors need to replaced with newer MPL motors. The new motors are equipped with new connectors and they cannot be used with the cables of older models. The transition cable connects to one feedback source and another power source and it lets the users connect with their existing cables and connect them with the new MPL motors. The newer model motors come with O rings which slip right on to the M7 connector. The 2090-CPBM7DF-10AA12 cable makes a secure fit with a threaded DIN connector. No changes have to be made to the logic and access property in the new motor when connecting with the transition cable. This cable variant is a standard non-flex type.
