The 2090-CPBM7DF-08AA30 cable is MP series transition cable by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It provides a seamless transition between existing motors and new motors. The transition cable is used to connect newer models of MP motors with the existing cables. The newer models are equipped with O rings. The transition cable helps to connect these O rings on one end. A SpeedTEC DIN connector is present on one end of the cable. It is an 8 AWG standard cable which is 30 meters in length. It can be used to extend the capabilities of MPL motors over a wide range of distance. The 2090-CPBM7DF-08AA30 cable also comes with a D flying lead connector. The cable comes with both power and brake conductors with different AWG sizes. The cable supports up to 400 Volts class direct drive motors. The cables with DIN connectors help to standardize machines on a common motor cable family.
The Allen-Bradley 2090-CPBM7DF-08AA30 cable has been certified with KC, NFPA 79, and UL standard. The 2090-CPBM7DF-08AA30 cable comes with DESINA compliant jacket coloring for easy identification and separation of cables. The connector is 1.8 inches in diameter. The non-flex shielded cable’s outer jacket is made of industrial TPE material which can withstand harsh industrial environment conditions. The 2090-CPBM7DF-08AA30 cable helps to provide continuous flex cable technology between a standard cable and the continuous flex application. The transition cable helps to connect the power/braking device on one end and a feedback device on the other end by using a bulkhead adapter. The bulkhead adapter is used to secure the standard cable with the machine or cabinet.
