The 1336E-B250-AE-EN-HA2-L4 drive is an adjustable frequency AC drive. It is widely used in 3-phase AC motors. The main purpose of this AC drive is to control the speed and regulate the torque. The drive has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The drive is part of the Allen-Bradley 1336 Impact series. The drive supports a voltage range from 380 Volts AC to 480 Volts AC with a total output power of 250 Horsepower under a normal load condition. The 1336E-B250-AE-EN-HA2-L4 is surrounded by a NEMA Type 1 enclosure which has an IP20 rating. The enclosure is not waterproof and it can easily be damaged by water from any direction. The operator interface module of the drive is equipped with a programmer controller. The control interface option also comes with a TTL contact.
The 1336E-B250-AE-EN-HA2-L4 drive is manufactured in a small package and it can be fitted easily in small locations. It saves expensive panel space, and the planar construction of the drive eliminates the internal cables and connectors, which in turn increase the reliability of the drive. The drive is equipped with an IGBT braking system which is known to be a cost-effective solution for braking purposes. It can switch regenerative energy without making use of external chopper circuits. The human-machine interface module on the 1336E-B250-AE-EN-HA2-L4 is connected by using the SCANport. The module is divided into 2 parts: the display panel and the control panel. The display panel is used to view different operation status and parameters and the control panel interface of the drive helps the operator to use different drive functions. A user manual is provided with the drive for basic operations and functions.
