The 1336E-B150-AN-EN adjustable frequency easy-to-use AC drive is part of a globally distributed 1336 IMPACT product series. The 1336 IMPACT product line comes from a 1336 product family that includes a large group of industrial drives with multiple control features and the available options that can be added to extend the drives’ capabilities. These drives provide flexibility in operation and simple programming that can be performed in several ways in order to prepare a drive for even the toughest applications. The 1336 IMPACT drive series offers features such as motor overload protection, a programmable velocity loop, function blocks, selectable modes for speed/torque, external/preset speeds, diagnostics features such as error detection and tripping, and a motor stall. The laminar design of a drive’s bus impacts an internal inductance that can be significantly reduced which results in fewer snubber losses and in an improved IGBT performance. Also, these drives feature a common AC/DC bus, and isolated power and logic for reduced noise during operation.
The 1336E-B150-AN-EN drive features an open enclosure (IP00) and a nominal power rating of 112 kilowatts (150 Horsepower). The drive is used with AC motors operating on a 380 to 480 Volts AC voltage range and it can be adjusted to perform many tasks that are carried out with drives operating on a DC power source. The 1336E-B150-AN-EN drive also features an English language module but this series offers support for other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Portuguese. The 1336E-B150-AN-EN drive is built to ensure a safe working environment and to protect the drive from current irregularities and other unexpected events. There are special protective features such as stall detection, overspeed detection, monitoring of the ground fault, and the monitoring of heatsink temperature. The drive provides an output phase-to-ground ground fault trip and phase-to-phase short circuit trip along with 15 milliseconds ride-through of power at a full load.
