The Allen-Bradley 1336E-B015-AA-EN drive is part of the 1336 Impact series. It operates using an input voltage of 380-480V AC. The wattage for the 1336E-B015-AA-EN AC Frequency Drive is 11W, with 15 HP output power. This module’s enclosure type is the NEMA 1 (IP20) for additional protection. Each 1336E-B015-AA-EN module can be programmed and interfaced in the English language.
The 1336E-B015-AA-EN can be used to control the most demanding applications due to its flexibility, precise speed, communication capability, and torque control. The IGBT power structure technology applied in this device brings about a uniform current output to the motor and this reduces motor heating. The unique adapter board interface enables users to adapt the 1336E-B015-AA-EN drive to a particular application. The programming parameters on this adapter then become an extension of the drive’s parameter set. The parameters provide control over how all the information is used by the drive.
With or without a motor-mounted encoder, the 1336E-B015-AA-EN’s force technology gives exact speed and torque control to an AC motor. It provides motor temperature compensation accomplishment without the use of motor sensors, which are costly. It can also be used to get rid of load cell controllers need due to its integral process trim regulator. The 1336E-B015-AA-EN features a common human interface module, which provides programming, flexibility, and simplicity of operation. It also features thermal dissipation management design and its extensive infrared testing lowers hotspots in order to maximize reliability.
The Allen-Bradley 1336E-B015-AA-EN meets the NEMA and international standards designed for worldwide acceptability. This device has an adapter board interface, which allows the user to change the drive’s settings based on a certain application. The device is small and this feature conserves panel space. This unit also features planar construction, which eliminates the need for most connectors and internal cables. The 1336E-B015-AA-EN uses the latest IGBT technology to provide smooth performance and quiet operation.
