Allen Bradley 1336-BDB-SP75D

The 1336-BDB-SP75D PCB Gate Driver Board by Allen-Bradley, is a PCB Gate Driver Board for the Allen-Bradley 1336 Plus II, Impact, and Force Adjustable Frequency Drive with an F-sized Frame, 400HP of operating power, and 460V AC of operating voltage which is used for amplifying low current input from the 1336 drive power supply board. The board is installed under the 1336 Main Control Board, and it has 6 jumper connectors (J2, J7, J8, J9, J10, and J13), like every PCB Gate Drive in the series, for connecting to the Main Control Board and the Power Supply Board. The 1336-BDB-SP75D has 3 Terminal Bases labeled T4, T6, and T7 with unique functions. It has a 24V DC auxiliary input (Terminal Base TB4), and it provides high voltage auxiliary input using the Terminal Base (TB6). The 1336-BDB-SP75D is installed on the mounting plate which holds both the PCB Gate Drive, and the Main Control Board in place by checking for zero voltage at both the +DC and –DC Brake terminals, and then by attaching the Main Control Board and Adapter Mounting Plate in place with the J2, J6, J7, J8, J9, J10, and J13 jumper connectors. The 1336-BDB-SP75D is attached to the mounting plate with 8 fastening screws that have 26lb-in (3N-m) of fastening torque and that are screwed in a ¼ clockwise direction. Users can customize the 1336-BDB-SP75D’s enclosure with a unique paint job in 1, 2, or 3 colors, and with a custom nameplate.
