The 1326AB-C3E21 Servo Motor is a member of the Allen Bradley’s family of 1326AB Servo motors, designed to meet the rigorous needs of servo system applications. As with all members of its family, it is an AC synchronous, NEMA/IEC Metric flange with keyway, brushless, high-performing three-phase motor. The 1326AB-C3E21 specifications include: 49.1 Amps, a maximum continuous output power of 7.5 kW, a maximum continuous RMS Amperes of 9.1A, a term resistance of 0.055 Ohms, a maximum speed of 3000 RPM, a brake of 360 pounds on an inch, 24 Volts DC, 1.13 A DC, and a frame diameter of 7.63 inches (194 millimeters).
Features of the 1326AB-C3E21 Servo Motor include TENV construction and the ability to mount its vertical shaft both up and down. Its feedback and power cables are packaged and environmentally sealed. The cables are also available as extended length (ES), standard (flex) or track (multi-flex). It has ferrite magnets for cost-effective performance and a lasting magnet rotor for greater servo responses. It can maintain 100% non-stopping rated output torque at zero RPM (i.e. at stall). The motor is dust-proof and well-sealed, so that water or other liquids cannot enter. It is IP65 rated and can withstand rough environments when accompanied with the optional Shaft Seal. However, the IP65 rating is lost when blower packages or encoder/resolver feedback that are externally mounted are used. Thermal overload can be indicated when the thermal switch in the motor winding (rated 115 Volts AC at 1A, 24 Volts CD at 1A) is closed. It operates smoothly at low speeds and has a three-phase sinusoidal wound stator field for heat transferred directly to ambient. A UL certified insulation system with standard MIL-spec connectors and precision balance of 0.0005 inches (0.0127 millimeters) total peak-peak displacement.
