The Allen-Bradley 1326AB-B720F-S2L servo motor is a high-performance ferrite servo motor with a 20-millimeter magnet stack length and a frame diameter of 194 millimeters. The motor includes an integrated single-turn encoder for feedback and it comes with an IP 67 environmental protection rating: the motor comes with a shaft oil seal and it does not require shaft oil kit option. The high-resolution feedback is designed for use with the 9/440 high-resolution feedback CNC. The 1326AB-B720F-S2L servo motor belongs to the Allen-Bradley 1326AB series. Servo motor options for the 1326AB series include spring-set holding brakes, secondary feedback kits, and junction box kits with axially-mounted connectors. According to the recommendations from Allen-Bradley, the M12 bolt size should be used for the mounting of the motor and the length of the screw used should be 40 millimeters.
The 1326AB-B720F-S2L servo motor supports both 380 Volts AC and 460 Volts AC line voltages and it is rated for 5000 RPM shaft speed at 460 Volts AC. Allen-Bradley recommends a maximum ambient temperature around the motor of 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Motor operation at high ambient temperatures will lead to derating. The power output at 104 degrees Fahrenheit is 11.7 kilowatts. The rotor inertia is 0.140 lb-in-s2. Additional performance specifications include 281.7 pounds on an inch of continuous torque, 336 pounds on an inch of peak stall torque with the AM50 axis module, 495 pounds on an inch of peak stall torque with the AM75 axis module, 33.2 Amps of peak stall current with AM50 axis module and 50 Amps of peak stall current with the AM75 axis module. The mechanical specifications for the motor include 34.5 kilograms of weight and a balance of 0.0127 millimeters. The motor can be mounted with the shaft in a vertical or horizontal orientation.
