The Allen-Bradley 1326AB-B460F-21-K4 is a 1326 Torque Plus Series Ferrite 3-phase AC Servo Motor with a voltage of 460-380V AC. It has a 108 mm frame diameter with a 115 mm bolt center and a magnet stack length of 6 inches. The rated speed of the 1326AB-B460F-21-K4 brushless, synchronous motor is 4000 rpm and it also has 2.2 kW and 6.2 A of output. The enclosure rating of this drive is an IP65 enclosure.
Allen-Bradley 1326 Torque Plus Series motors, including the 1326AB-B460F-21-K4 motor, are made for use with the Allen-Bradley 1394 Motion Control System. These motors come with a specially engineered housing that results in an increased continuous torque rating while at the same time reducing the motor length of 1326AB motors. Note that the housing is made up of extruded aluminum that results in an improved heat transfer. 1326AB motors can also be mounted vertically at any angle and with the motor’s shaft located at the top or bottom. The servo response of the motor is increased because of the Allen-Bradley engineered special flux profile permanent magnets. Feedback options available with the 1326AB-B460F-21-K4 or other 1326AB motors are standard or resolver feedback and high-resolution encoder feedback. The resolver feedback can generate up to 2048ppr A quad B output for accurate position feedback that does not need extra electronics and can handle vibrations and shocks. The 1326AB-B460F-21-K4’s high-resolution encoder feedback can be configured for single-turn or multi-turn use. The single-turn configuration has 2 million counts per revolution for precise machine positioning, and the multi-turn configuration has 1 million counts per revolution and it uses 1-4096 revolutions to position machines.
