About 2090-XXNPMP-10S15

The 2090-XXNPMP-10S15 cable is a MP series power cable by Allen-Bradley. It is 15 meters in length. The cable has a conductor size of 10 AWG. This universal motor power cable comes with bayonet connector on 1 end and a flying leads connector on the other end. This cable is a Bulletin 2090 series cable and it comes with a black TPE jacket. The jacket is resistant to oil and direct sunlight. The shielded cable can also be used for outdoor settings. The 2090-XXNPMP-10S15 cable comes with rugged SpeedTEC DIN connectors which can be used with the Allen-Bradley Kinetix 5500 and Kinetix 5700 series drive systems. The cable can be used for static applications. This cable can work effectively with rolling and reverse-bending applications. The cable comes with a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. The cable is NFPA 79 compliant and it is listed with the UL, UL AWM, cUR, and CSA standards. It also meets all the specification for the AWM requirements.



 



The Allen-Bradley 2090-XXNPMP-10S15 cable can help to maximize the system power density because the cable comes with a low-capacitance design. The cables are manufactured with encoder communication pairs to reduce the noise in the cable. The cable is included in the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation Servo System Declaration of Conformity. The cable can also be used for transitioning between the older drive system and the newer drive system. The MP series low-inertia motors with DIN connectors are no longer compatible with cables that are made for motors that are equipped with bayonet connectors. This means that the 2090-XXNPMP-10S15 cable cannot be used with the MP-series motors with DIN connectors, but it can be used with the motors with bayonet connectors.
