The power cord is made of the TPE industrial standard material and it requires environmental conditions such as an ambient operating temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, an ambient storage temperature range of -40 to 70 degrees Celsius, and a relative ambient humidity range of 5% to 95%, non-condensing. The 2090-XXNPMF-10S03 cord should be used and stored only under favorable environmental conditions for guaranteed maximum performance and durability. The 2090-XXNPMF-10S03 cord features a unique single-cable technology that is designed for and tested with the Kinetix 5500 and the Kinetix 57000 servo drives.
The 2090-XXNPMF-10S03 cable features the flying lead motor power, feedback, and optional brake conductors that terminate at the drive by using a feedback connector kit. Note that this continuous flexible single motor cable has a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. The 2090 series Allen-Bradley non-flexible power cords all come with the SpeedTec Connector. The cables deliver optimal performance with the single-cable design and the power, feedback, and brake conductors. The 2090-XXNPMF-10S03 cable is NFPA-79 compliant and it comes with a low capacitance design that maximizes the system's power density. The Allen-Bradley power cord features the SpeedTec Connection system and it supports the encoder communication data pair with andvanced noise rejection. The 2090-XXNPMF-10S03 cord features the TPE jacket and it comes with superior mechanical and chemical properties. The cable features an overall tinned copper-braid covering for ensuring excellent EMC or EMI performance.
