The 2090-UXNFBMP-S30 feedback cable is a high-resolution incremental encoder feedback cable manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. Its standard non-flexible design ensures an easy connection between a motor and actuators. This encoder feedback cable communicates as a data pair with advanced noise reduction. It has a black cable jacket and straight motor connectors. This factory-manufactured feedback cable provides the sealing that is needed to achieve the required environmental safety ratings. It has 300 Volts of voltage and it is 30 meters long. It also has a bayonet connector at the motor end and a flying lead connector at the drive end. The 2090-UXNFBMP-S30 feedback cable enables excellent transmission of data and signals while mitigating the effects of electrical noises. Its configuration options and innovative features provide complete control of the cable system.
The 2090-UXNFBMP-S30 feedback cable can work with servo systems which belong to the MP Series and the 1326AB Series. Its 15-pin motor feedback connector ensures reliable operation. The connector can be easily connected to the MPL and MPG low-inertia and integrated gear motors as illustrated below. The drive connector Pins 5 and 10 connect to the data+ and data- pins of the MPL and MPG motors, respectively. Pins 1, 2, 3, and 4 connect to Pin sine+, sine-, cos+, and cos- of the motor. For the drive end terminations, this flying-lead feedback cable requires connector kits and breakout components. Its cable design ensures reduced wiring costs as well as significant savings on the cost of cables and connectors. The 2090-UXNFBMP-S30 standard feedback cable is suitable for non-flexing applications that ensure easy and secure servo connections. It is widely used in industrial motion control applications such as machine tools, conveyor systems, and automation applications.
