The Allen-Bradley 1336E-BRF07-AN-EN drive is an IMPACT 1336 drive. It is an adjustable frequency drive with high-speed and torque performance. The device is made for optimal industrial regulation and power. It works with Force control technology which features the field-oriented control method. Force control technology is one of the many features that provide the drive with an incredible ability to solve even the most challenging industrial drive applications. This control method is capable of breaking apart and regulating motor flux and torque. The motor flux and torque provide the drive with the ability to deliver full torque at zero speed. Enclosed in an open enclosure called a Type IP00 enclosure, the 1336E-BRF07-AN-EN drive is a user-friendly, low-cost device that is designed to give the users an easy installation process. It is an easy-to-use and simple-to-install drives. The users can use fuses or a circuit breaker to install the drive. In addition, the 1336E-BRF07-AN-EN drive comes as a flexible drive in terms of the power voltage, requiring an input voltage ranging from 380 to 480 Volts AC. The power rating stands at 0.75 Horsepower.
The 1336E-BRF07-AN-EN drive is built with non-volatile memory storage and the drive is regulated through a microprocessor which gives it additional protection plus a high-performance digital speed loop. Furthermore, the 1336E-BRF07-AN-EN drive features flux braking, DC braking, and bus regulation that allow maximum control of the drive. With these parts, the motor overvoltage is drastically decreased by the amount of voltage present in the drive and reflection decreasing system that comes with the drive. The 1336E-BRF07-AN-EN drive also features a 16-step speed profiling installed in it and this helps to change the speed according to encoder counts, time, or hardware input. It uses the L-option card to make this change. One other major characteristic is the flexibility with which the drive comes with. This flexibility is made possible due to its block programming. The users have to work with certain guidelines for safety. The drive should be mounted properly to guarantee enough space around it in the cabinet to allow the heat to dissipate. Users should avoid excessive ambient temperatures as well as an inadequate energy (AC) supply and an inappropriate output circuit.
