The Allen-Bradley 1336E-AA3 is an AC drive enclosure kit for IMPACT series AC drives. This enclosure kit provides a NEMA 1 (IP20) protection rating to 1336E series drives. This kit can be used for A1 to A3 sized drives. That means that it can be installed on AC drives with a rating less than 5 Horsepower (3.7 kW). This enclosure is slotted on all sides to provide a free exchange of inside and outside air for fast device cooling. The Allen-Bradley 1336E-AA3 is an indoor enclosure kit for Allen-Bradley impact series adjustable frequency AC drives which are characterized with a heatsink at the back. When users are upgrading their AC drives’ enclosure with this kit, they should take into consideration the depth of the heatsink, which differs for frames A1, A2, and A3. The depth of the heatsink is 50.8 millimeters (2.0 inches) for the A1 frame, 71.4 millimeters (2.8inches) for the A2 frame, and 98.8 millimeters (3.85 inches) for the A3 frame.
