The 1336-BDB-SP69D is an Allen-Bradley PCB Gate Drive Board. This drive is made to be used in adjustable frequency AC drives. It works with a voltage of 460V AC. It also gives out 800 HP. Its alternative part number is the 74101-169-99. This gate drive board frame can come in the A, B, C, D, or E series. This board is designed to serve as a spare part for drives belonging to the 1336 PLUS, FORCE, REGEN, and IMPACT adjustable frequency AC drives. This board is activated by the voltage of the frequency drives. The 1336-BDB-SP69D Gate Drive Board should be placed below the drive’s main control board where it aids in amplifying the low input current which powers the drive.
The 1336-BDB-SP69D Gate Drive Board has jumper connectors. These make connections to the main control board and to the other boards. The terminal board that it has also helps the auxiliary inputs. To install this board, the user needs to attach it to the main control mounting plate. After attachment, the users should fasten it with 8 standoff screws that are screwed in in a quarter clockwise direction. The user should then connect the terminal base wires of the driver to the board and ensure that the jumper connectors are accurately placed in their spots. To complete the installation, the mounting plate and the main control board should be installed to this drive’s circuit board platform. It is important for users to test the 1336-BDB-SP69D in case they need to replace the modules.
