Manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, the 1336-BDB-SP63C PCB is a Gate Drive PCB and part of the 1336 Spare Parts series of Gate Drive PCBs. This Allen-Bradley Gate Drive PCB has an input power rating of 460 Volts AC, with an output power rating of 1 Horsepower. It also features a built-in snap-in cradle blank plate HMI or human-machine interface module which makes the device easy to install and use. When the Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP63C Gate Drive PCB is used with sensitive circuits or devices during installation, the operators should program it to the lowest probable drive PWM carrier frequency level. This Gate Drive PCB is compatible and can be used with the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS, FORCE, and IMPACT series. The Allen-Bradley 1336 PCB series is a series of PCBs and spare parts designed and intended for use with Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS, PLUS II, FORCE, IMPACT, and 1336 REGEN drive series.
The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP63C Gate Drive PCB features an I/O configuration that enables connection with different consumer pre-formed control systems in the printed circuit board. The Gate Drive PCB's motor cable ground conductor should be directly connected to the Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP63C Gate Drive PCB ground (PE) terminal. Wires such as THHN and THWN or any similar wires are acceptable for the installation of this Gate Drive PCB installation in dry surroundings as long as there is sufficient free air space or conduits that can fill the provided rate limits. When installing this Allen-Bradley Gate Drive PCB using long cables, there is a need for additional cable terminators or output reactors to help limit the reflections of voltage at the Gate Drive PCB's motor.
