sAbout 1336-BDB-SP54D
The 1336-BDB-SP54D Printed Circuit Board is a Gate Driver spare part of the Allen Bradley 1336 Series Digitally Programmable Adjustable Frequency AC Drives. These AC drives are used to produce a variable frequency three (3x) phase PWM (Pulse- Width Modulation) signal providing and adjustable speeds to AC induction motors. The 1336-BDB-SP54D Gate Driver works as a power amplifier of the low power signals from the control integrated circuit, producing a high current drive input signal for the input of the high-power Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT).
The 1336-BDB-SP54D works with the 1336 Plus, Plus II, Force and Impact Series Digitally Programmable AC Drives. It operates with AC Drives within the Voltage range from 500 to 600 Volts AC within G size type external dimension frames. The input frequency tolerance goes from 42 Hertz to 62 Hertz. The G frames have an IP 20 class protection (NEMA Type 1 enclosure) and a weight a total of 453.6 kilograms (1000 pounds). The environmental operating conditions of the Board go from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of 5% to 95%. The 1336-BDB-SP54D Gate Driver PCB within the AC drives can deliver output voltages from 0 to 575 Volts AC at an output frequency of 0 to 400 Hertz and sine coded PWM with a programmable carrier frequency from 2 to 6 Hertz. The AC Driver can supply an output power of 450 HP. The 1336 AC Drive can be programmed locally from the HMI (Human Module Interface) or through a serial communications
