sAbout 1336-BDB-SP3C
The 1336-BDB-SP3C Gate Drive PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is a spare part module for the Allen-Bradley 1336 variable frequency drives. The PCB has also been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is fully compatible with the 1336 Plus, Force, Impact, and other drive families. The PCB is easy to install and it has a compact size. The voltage rating of the PCB is 460 Volts AC and it has a power rating of 15 Horsepower. This Gate Drive PCB is placed near the main control board of the host 1336 drive. The 1336 drive offers torque and speed regulation features. The drive has motor control algorithms which deliver exceptional torque regulation at low speeds. The drive is equipped with an IGBT braking system which uses regenerative energy and it can operate without expensive chopper circuits. The 1336-BDB-SP3C PCB can be used as a power amplifying unit for the host drive. It converts low power input into high power input which can be transmitted to the different components of the drive.
The 1336-BDB-SP3C PCB meets all the specifications that are required to meet the EMC standards. The minimum and maximum operating temperature of this PCB are 0 and 50 degrees Celsius, respectively. This high-performance power module can be connected by using a jumper connector. The PCB has different logic levels which are connected to the SCR gate. The 1336-BDB-SP3C PCB is used as a power amplifier unit. The operators must use a grounding wrist strap during the replacement process of the PCB. Electrostatic discharge should be avoided to protect the sensitive parts of the Gate Drive PCB.
