The 1336-BDB-SP39C board is a gate drive printed circuit board. It is a spare part module designed by Allen-Bradley for its 1336 series of AC adjustable frequency drives. The printed circuit board is important for the optimal functioning of the AC drive that it is attached to. It helps to transmit the power supply to all the parts of the drive. It is also essential for high current and fast switching devices to ensure that these devices have an efficient operation. The 1336-BDB-SP39C board is essential where MOSFET is used. It analyzes the input current that is coming into the drive and it amplifies the current so that it powers all the components of the drive. The printed circuit board is compatible with Allen-Bradley manufactured adjustable frequency drives. This board can be easily installed and replaced. It is installed next to the main board of the drive. Jumper connectors are used to connect the gate drive printed circuit board to the main system board of the AC drive.
The 1336-BDB-SP39C printed circuit board runs with a 460 Volts AC voltage supply and has a rated power output of 250 Horsepower. The printed circuit board has a compact size and a reduced installation depth which makes it easy to move and install the board. The temperature of the operating environment should be maintained between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius for optimal operation. The 1336 series drives are known for their outstanding performance for regulating torque in an industrial setting. The 1336 drive uses the IGBT braking system for stopping the motor, and the 1336-BDB-SP39C gate drive printed circuit board also plays an important role in stopping the motor.
