The 1336-BDB-SP18C board is a spare part gate drive board for drives from the 1336 product family by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This spare part board is specifically a gate drive board that can be used with Aleen-Bradley drives from the following product series: the 1336 PLUS, 1336 PLUS II, 1336 FORCE, 1336 IMPACT, and the 1336 REGEN. These drives feature sensorless vector control, advanced speed control and programming capabilities, various protective features, diagnostics, simple design, and top-quality enclosures. The 1336 drives provide flexibility through the integration of an optional human-machine interface (HMI) that can be used for the customization and configuration processes that are necessary for certain applications.
The 1336-BDB-SP18C gate drive board has a power rating of 50 Horsepower and a voltage rating of 460 Volts AC. The drives for which this part is used are produced for a wide range of applications. For example, the 1336 PLUS II drives are produced with a power output from 0.37 to 448 kilowatts (0.5 to 600 Horsepower) and with enclosures that are rated for tough operating conditions (IP 65 and 54 and NEMA 4 and 12 enclosures). These drives are used all around the world and they are manufactured in accordance with all the relevant standards for immunity and electromagnetic compatibility. The 1336-BDB-SP18C gate drive board is intended for drives with a frame size of C. According to Allen-Bradley specifications, one kit is required per drive. The specified operating temperature for the 1336-BDB-SP18C gate drive board is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit). Other environmental specifications include a maximum operating altitude of 1000 meters (3300 feet), 15 g of shock for 11 milliseconds, a vibration with 0.006 inches (0.152 millimeters) of displacement.
