The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 is manufactured by Allen-Bradley a division of Rockwell Automation. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 belongs to the 1336 series of microprocessor-controlled high-performance adjustable drives that are designed to provide exceptional availability and high reliability. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 is commonly used as a controller for the three-phase induction motors used in critical commercial and industrial applications. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 produces three-phase pulse width modulation. The output voltage for the 1336-B003-EAD-L1 is a function of the output frequency and it is adjusted to meet the motor parameters, giving it an optimal performance. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 produces 460 Volts and it is a 3 Horsepower drive. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 produces 3.9 KVA at 380 Volts AC, 4.3 KVA at 415 Volts AC, and 4.8 KVA at 460 Volts AC. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 comes with NEMA Type 1 IP20 enclosure that has an enclosure amp rating of 003, 005, 007, and 010. The voltage rating for the 1336-B003-EAD-L1 is 380/415/460 Volts AC with a frequency rating of 50 to 60 Hertz. The 1336-B003-EAD-L1 is programmed digitally and it supports both the local and remote control panels through the serial communication port using supported optional devices.
The drive reports the current status and fault conditions through a programmable display panel and through the serial communications port. The fault diagnostics are therefore simplified and begin the load and drive self-check diagnostics every time the 1336-B003-EAD-L1 has been powered on. During operation, the 1336-B003-EAD-L1 continues the self-monitoring process, reporting any faults. Therefore, to allow a real-time preventive measure, it is recommended that the operators monitor the drive output current, and also that the control conditions should be monitored. The 1336 drives by Allen-Bradley come with a standard control designed as a constant torque and adjustable speed control with 150% overload capacity that is adaptable through the program that handles various applications. The drives offer exceptional output voltage and the current waveform. Note that while applying an inverter to an existing motor, special considerations must be taken.
