About 1333-CAB

The Allen-Bradley 1333-CAB is a 3-phase AC drive that is a member of Bulletin 1333 Series D line of Adjustable Frequency AC Drives series. This drive has 50 to 60 Hertz input voltage and it is fit to operate at these voltage inputs: 380, 415, and 460 Volts AC. The nominal Horsepower rating for the 1333-CAB module is 5 Horsepower at 4 kW. It also comes with a default NEMA Type 1 (IP20) enclosure. The drive’s frequency rating is at 50 to 60 Hertz, ± 5%. It’s Bus Overvoltage Trip is 820 Volts DC while its Undervoltage Trip is at 310 Volts DC. The Power Ride-Thru time for this module is at 15 milliseconds and its Control Ride-Thru time is at 100 milliseconds or more, depending on the load.

The 1333-CAB has 13.0 Amps input current and 9.4 Amps output current. The input kilo-volt-ampere (kVA) rating for this drive is 8.6, 9.3, and 10.4 kVA while its output kVA rating is 6.2, 6.8, and 7.5 kVA at 380, 415, and 460 Volts AC, respectively. This drive also holds 370 watts at 1262 BTU per hour total heat dissipated rating. The 1333-CAB also has a 150% nominal starting torque rating at 5 Hertz while its stopping frequency is at 0.5 to 60 Hertz. For installation, only use the accurate AC power line. There are also isolation type transformers or line reactors available in case a malfunction in the drive’s input power is observed. Improper system installation may lead to equipment damage and/or product life reduction. Other guidelines users need to follow prior to installation also include leaving a minimum clearance of 4 inches on the top and bottom and 2 inches on both sides for appropriate ventilation and installing the cabinet in an upright position. The altitude must not also exceed 1,000 meters (3,300 feet).
